Hi, I’m Leah Rose, an MNU Certified Nutritionist based in Gloucestershire - the heart of the Cotswolds.

Frustrated by all of the misinformation out there, and having reached a ceiling in my own health and fitness journey, I qualified as a nutritionist. Now I’m following my dream - helping others to understand nutrition for better health, and peak performance.

  • Yes. The most common questions I receive are about the conflicting information available on the internet; how to know what to eat, what not to eat, when, and why.

  • Yes. If you want to work with calories and macros then I can provide you with personalised recommendations of what these should be, how to achieve them, and how to adapt them as you progress towards your goals. I also help people to come away from apps such as MyFitnessPal when they are struggling to do so.

  • Yes, if appopriate.

  • I work with people of all genders, not just people who identify as women. A lot of my work is centred around female health because this is a special interest of mine, but I work with a lot of male clients too.

  • A detailed report on your energy intake, macronutrients, micronutrients, and fibre, plus any other specific nutritional or performance related markers that you require.

  • Yes. I am MNU certified and specialise in sports, performance and health.

  • No. But, if tracking calories is something you would like to do then we can, and I have an app we an use to help us do that

  • Yes. Menopause and nutrition is one of my areas of specialist interest. I can help make sure you obtain the nutrients you need for long-term health during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. I offer lifestyle advise, and can sign-post you to other resources, too - a holistic approach.

  • Yes. Packages can be built and varied to suit.

  • Yes, these range from talks to individual and group sessions.

  • Yes, using a variety of indicators.

  • Yes, I can advise you about supplements that work, and that are evidence-based and well researched. I can also help you make sure your supplements are listed with Informed Sport.

  • Yes. Nutrition can help alleviate symptoms of PCOS an I can guide you through this.

  • Yes. I give nutritional advice that can help improve health whatever level of activity and/or physical ability a person has.

  • Yes - from young people to the elderly, and every age in between.

  • I’m based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, in the UK, but my services are available online - so wherever you are. I travel for corporate talks and events, and group appointments (eg corporate on-site face to face nutrition consultations). Please contact me for quotes.

  • Yes, I can offer nutrition advice for pregnancy and pre-conception.
